phl78 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and phl78 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the phl78 website and mobile application, including all gaming, betting, account management, and payment features available through the platform.

Each individual may register and hold only one (1) active phl78 account. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual – whether under the same identity or different identities – is prohibited. phl78 uses device, network, and identity verification to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, contact number, and a valid form of government-issued identification for KYC verification. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date and must inform phl78 support of any changes to your registered information.

phl78 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phl78 login credentials, including your username, password, and OTP verification codes. You must not share these details with any other person, store them in an insecure location, or allow anyone else to access your account.

All activity conducted through your phl78 account – including bets placed, games played, and deposits initiated – is your responsibility unless you have notified phl78 support of unauthorised access before that activity occurred.

• Local e-wallets including GCash and Maya, via transfers from an account registered in your own name.

phl78 does not accept deposits via credit cards, debit cards linked to international payment networks for gaming transactions, or any form of cryptocurrency or digital asset. Any such transfer will not be credited to your account and the funds may be returned at the sender's cost.

All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same full legal name as your phl78 account. Third-party deposits – transfers sent by or through an account belonging to another person – are prohibited. Accounts found to have received third-party deposits are subject to review and may be suspended pending investigation.

phl78 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed as a result of a technical error, odds pricing error, or obvious system malfunction. All gaming outcomes on phl78's RNG-based products are determined by certified random number generation processes. phl78 does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that any player will win, break even, or achieve any particular outcome over any period of play. Abuse of promotions – including but not limited to bonus farming, multi-account exploitation, or coordinated wagering to circumvent turnover requirements – will result in promotional benefits being withdrawn and may result in account suspension.

• Underage use or use by a person who is ineligible under these Terms.
• Creation of duplicate accounts by the same individual.
• Receipt of third-party deposits or use of payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name.
• Abuse of promotions or exploitation of technical errors.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds or winnings derived from activity in breach of these Terms may be forfeited. Legitimate deposited funds will generally be returned to the verified payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the completion of any required investigation or identity verification.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting phl78 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed after any open bets have been settled and any outstanding balance has been cleared according to the player's verified withdrawal method.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any phl78 content without express written permission from phl78. This includes the use of automated scraping tools, bots, or data extraction software on any part of the platform.

phl78 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability and technical reliability, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phl78 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of – or inability to use – the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Technical errors, server downtime, or connectivity failures beyond phl78's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party banking or e-wallet providers.
• Losses sustained from gaming or betting activity, whether from normal play or as a result of player error.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes phl78's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.
